this upgrade is one of the hardest upgrade so far. It involve rewrite of the whole bayau.com system.
we are using postgresql database instead of mysql and lighttpd server instead of apache2.

we appreciate if you can give us feedback on how to improve this site. we will continue to work on
bayau.com from time to time. suggestion are welcome.

Finally integrated with youtube. So far, we currently display videos clip from the search of keywords "dusun song kadazan". We will going to improve later. It takes 5 hours to finish the integration and studying youtube API.

Next in our list, integrating bayau.com with flickr API. So anyone who got flickr account do not need to upload their photo to bayau.com, we will read all their photo directly from flickr.

basic integration to flickr API is done. We are on moving to our own server in malaysia for better and faster load times. Currently, bayau.com hosted on a server located in USA. We expect to improve the website load time up to 7 times better.. ;)
