feature is important more than the brand. The best camera is of couse expensive. So far, karamunsing shopping complex is good for
camera window shopping =P

[b]optical zoom vs digital zoom[/b]
don't look at digital zoom. see the optical zoom. most digital camera in kk come with 3x optical. it should be enough.

[b]high megapixel[/b]
do not be fooled to buy camera with 6.0 megapixel or more. 5.0 megapixel is enough. You will not use 6.0 becouse it takes a lot of
camera memory. 3.0 megapixel is enough for family or personel used. My Digicam capable to take photos up to 5.0 megapixel. I never used the feature.

[b]big LCD screen[/b]
big 2.0 inch LCD is not the one you are looking for. It is better if LCD is small. Bigger LCD used up battery much more.

[b]battery[/b]
don't buy camera with AA battery. Choose the one with Li-ION battery. The battery is costly but you will be satisfy using than the AA battery. AA battery do not last long.

[b]ISO[/b]
this is the measurement of the light sensor sensitivity. Iso within ISO100-ISO400 is enough and common for all situation.

[b]Image stabilizer[/b]
Please buy a camera with this feature. It help a lot more than you think. New camera equipped with this one.

during my survey, you have to spend at least RM700 to get a good camera.The best digital camera (budget price) is the new camera from sony.
